About Us

We are a Google 5-Star rated Integrated Marketing Agency based in Chennai, established in 2014. For over 12 years, we've partnered with brands across India to deliver seamless event experiences and meaningful digital growth. From large-scale, multi-city event executions to end-to-end digital solutions via our dedicated digital arm, we are a one-stop marketing partner for brands looking to show up powerfully both offline and online.

About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Manager – Finance to anchor the financial operations. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working with numbers, takes ownership of accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. You will be the go-to person for day-to day finance hygiene, compliance, real-time reporting, and payout governance — working closely with the Director – Finance, operations team, and leadership.

Why Join Us

  • Work with a legacy agency that has delivered across India for 12+ years.
  • Exposure to two dynamic business verticals — Events and Digital.
  • Direct visibility to leadership and meaningful ownership from day one.
  • A collaborative, fast-moving team environment in the heart of Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the daily ledger of expenses with accuracy and discipline.
  • Create and share invoices with clients in a timely manner.
  • Draft and manage vendor onboarding formalities and documentation.
  • Apply a working knowledge of GST and TDS rules applicable in Tamil Nadu to daily transactions.
  • Maintain Tally accounts independently for both verticals (Events & Digital).
  • Generate and circulate the monthly P&L MIS report consistently without fail.
  • Consolidate both vendor and client invoices and maintain clear records.
  • Ensure real-time availability of financial data for decision-makers and stakeholders at any point in time.
  • Prepare event-wise P&L reports for the leadership team.
  • Clearly work out advances and payables, obtain final approval from the Operations team, and execute vendor payouts with precision.
  • Flag any financial red flags promptly to the Director – Finance.
  • Ensure basic finance hygiene across both businesses and respond to queries from directors with clarity.
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure smooth statutory filings and compliance.
  • Follow up proactively on payments and clarifications with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

  • Excel Expert — advanced proficiency is mandatory (formulas, pivot tables, data crunching).
  • Strong logical and analytical ability to work with numbers.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest tax rules, GST, TDS, and statutory formalities.
  • Proficiency in Tally.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Tamil and English with stakeholders at all levels — from vendors to directors.
  • Zero tolerance for errors in payouts — a sharp eye for detail, double-check discipline, and absolute accuracy when executing financial transactions (no missed or extra zeros, ever).
  • Strong sense of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Compensation: Salary will be offered based on experience and fitment as per industry standards
