Project Summary

Petit Infoscion Day 2026 was designed as a large-scale family engagement experience celebrating the bond between Infosys employees and their families. Hosted as part of Infosys’ employee engagement initiatives, the event transformed the campus into a high-energy, multi-zone family carnival packed with entertainment, activities, performances, and interactive experiences.

MadMaze managed end-to-end event execution across the venue, from production and branding to audience circulation, hospitality, entertainment coordination, and live operations.

And the scale? Massive. 13,000+ attendees, 6,000+ children, multiple engagement zones, food courts, performances, crowd movement systems, and continuous live operations running simultaneously throughout the day.

Want to see the scale for yourself?

The real task?

Create a coordinated family experience that felt effortless for every attendee while thousands of moving parts operated smoothly behind the scenes.

Challenges

Complexity at Every Corner.

Massive Scale Across a Vast Campus

Activating 129 acres with consistent energy, smooth movement, and branded touchpoints across game arenas, food courts, activity hubs, and performance zones required detailed spatial planning and real-time operational flexibility throughout the day.

Managing 13,000+ Footfalls Including 6,000+ Kids

With thousands of employees, children, and families moving simultaneously across the venue, crowd flow, child safety, and zone sequencing became critical. High-footfall areas required active monitoring, quick coordination, and constant on-ground responsiveness.

Multi-Vendor & Production Synchronization

Managing 50+ food stalls, trampolines, entertainment setups, activity zones, stage production, and 3000+ sq. ft. of print and branded installations meant aligning multiple vendors and execution teams under one operational rhythm without disrupting attendee experience.

Solution

Weeks of Planning. One Effortless Day.

We planned for intensity and executed with flexibility.

01

Advance Planning & Attendee Movement Strategy

Weeks before event day, MadMaze mapped activity zones, attendee movement, entry points, food courts, and engagement areas to ensure smooth movement planning across the large-scale campus without congestion.

02

Multi-Zone Execution at Scale

From game arenas and trampoline zones to performance stages and food streets, multiple experiences were designed to run simultaneously while still feeling connected as one unified family carnival.

03

75+ Crew Members. One Coordinated Flow.

MadMaze deployed 75+ crew members across critical touchpoints, including entry gates, activity zones, hospitality areas, stages, and operational checkpoints, all connected through real-time communication systems for quick coordination and response.

04

End-to-End Production & Brand Experience

From stage production and entertainment management to signage systems, branded installations, and immersive activity setups, MadMaze handled complete on-ground production and visual execution across the venue.
Over 3000+ sq. ft. of print and branded environments were created to bring the Infosys family day experience to life.

05

Real-Time Problem Solving & Backup Planning

At this scale, adaptability mattered as much as planning. Contingency systems were built into every operational layer, from crowd overflow handling and vendor backups to live issue resolution during peak footfall hours.
Because the best-run events are usually the ones where attendees only notice the fun.

Behind The Experience

Every Seamless Event Has a Story Behind It.

Guests saw a day full of games, performances, food, and family moments.

What they didn't see were the days of planning, overnight setup work, production builds, sound checks, stage installations, crew briefings, activity testing, branding deployments, and countless moving parts coming together before the first guest arrived.

For the MadMaze team, the event started long before event day.

Result

Petit Infoscion Day 2026 concluded as a high-footfall family engagement experience that successfully balanced entertainment, hospitality, crowd management, and operational precision.

Despite the scale and complexity of the event, the attendee experience remained energetic, coordinated, and engaging throughout the day.

From immersive activity zones and performances to live operations and hospitality management, the event reinforced MadMaze’s ability to execute large-format corporate experiences while keeping every interaction warm, personal, and memorable.

See The Experience In Action Because the best event stories are experienced, not just told.
