About the Role
MadMaze Studios, an event management company, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, thrives in a fast-paced event environment, and can translate client requirements into stunning visuals, from stage designs and pitch decks to on-ground event collaterals. If you love bringing event concepts to life visually and enjoy working closely with clients and production teams, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative stage layouts, backdrops, and visual elements for live events.
- Create pitch decks and client presentations that effectively communicate event concepts and design ideas.
- Design all visual requirements for events: branding, signage, invites, social media creatives, and print collateral.
- Coordinate directly with clients to understand their vision, incorporate feedback, and finalize designs.
- Collaborate with the creative, production, and marketing teams to conceptualise and execute visual content.
- Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring quality and consistency across all event touchpoints.
- Manage multiple event design projects simultaneously while meeting tight event deadlines.
- Stay updated on event design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to every project.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience (event industry experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW.
- Proficiency in creating stage designs, pitch decks, and client-facing presentations.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory.
- Ability to coordinate with clients and incorporate feedback quickly.
- A solid portfolio showcasing design work (event/stage design samples a plus).
Added Advantage
Working knowledge of Blender and/or 3ds Max (3D design/rendering skills for stage and event visualisation)
