About the Role:

This is the engine room of the company the person who brings in business, nurtures relationships, and keeps the revenue wheel spinning. As the Sales & Client Servicing Manager, you’ll convert meetings into mandates, opportunities into long-term clients, and ideas into billable projects. You’ll report directly to the Director – Sales and work closely with the Production Manager to ensure seamless handovers, honest communication, and smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, automotive, manufacturing, MICE, and other sectors.
  • Convert leads and meetings into confirmed projects through strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Create and execute monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales plans.
  • Attend networking events, client meetings, and proposal discussions to expand reach.
  • Pitch company capabilities confidently and customize solutions based on client needs.

Client Servicing & Relationship Management

  • Maintain and grow existing accounts with consistent engagement and proactive servicing.
  • Be the single point of contact for clients from pitch to execution to feedback.
  • Understand client expectations clearly and communicate them accurately to the internal teams.
  • Coordinate closely with the Production Manager and Creative teams to ensure deliverables align with commitments.
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and changes with transparency and professionalism.
  • Build trust-based, long-term relationships that result in repeat business.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work hand-in-hand with Production to ensure feasibility, timelines, and budgets are aligned.
  • Brief creative teams with clarity and purpose.
  • Present ideas, event concepts, and budgets to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support on-ground presence at events when needed for client interface.

Targets & Accountability

  • Own monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and track progress with regular reports.
  • Ensure profitability on every project through strategic pricing and smart negotiation.
