About the Role:

This is not a desk-job internship. This is for people who want to get their hands dirty, learn the real process behind events, and experience how an event comes alive from an empty venue to a full-blown production. You’ll shadow the production team, assist creatives, help with artist coordination, or even try your hand at visualization basically, you get to explore different roles and figure out where you shine. If you’re curious, energetic, good at googling your way to answers, and don’t mind last-minute runs or long days when events demand it, this is your playground.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist the Production team with day-to-day tasks and on-ground coordination.
  • Support quick sourcing of materials, vendors, and event essentials.
  • Use the internet for research related to event setups, designs, concepts, and benchmarks.
  • Help with backstage tasks, stage prep, branding placement, vendor follow-ups, and logistics.
  • Work across multiple departments: production, creative, visualizing, artist management, and more.
  • Prepare basic reports, checklists, and documentation as needed.
  • Be present on-site during setups, rehearsals, and event days for hands-on learning.
  • Adapt to last-minute requirements and learn problem-solving on the go.
