The Production Manager is the glue that holds pre-event planning and on-ground execution together. This role demands someone who can translate client requirements into actionable plans, juggle multiple stakeholders, and ensure every department knows exactly what needs to happen, when, where, and how. Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary link between client requirements, internal teams, and on-ground vendors.
Create and manage production plans, timelines, checklists, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with vendors (fabricators, AV, logistics, branding, hospitality, etc.) and ensure timely delivery.
Supervise on-site builds, rehearsals, technical setups, and event flow until handover.
Troubleshoot real-time challenges with a practical, solution-first approach.
Ensure safety, quality, and brand standards are met across all locations.
Manage budgets, negotiate rates, and keep cost-efficiency in check.
Provide clear, concise communication across departments and city teams.
Lead ground crew and ensure tasks are executed with discipline and accountability.
